About Professor Kalbfleisch

I am a historian of rhetorical and literary practices in emerging modernity and the co-coordinator of composition at SCSU. My research interests involve the transformation of rhetoric in modernity, the history of canons, the effect of canons on literacy pedagogy, and the relationship of reading and writing in academic writing pedagogy.
