Health and Safety Committee
The Health and Safety Committee is a University committee reporting directly to the President, and established in accordance with the Connecticut General Statutes Section 31-40v-1. The Committee includes employer representatives appointed by the President and employee representatives appointed by their respective bargaining agents. The purpose of this committee is to bring employers and employees within the University together in a non-adversarial, cooperative and effective effort to promote health and safety within the University.
